Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources Bureau officially announced the list of individuals selected for the 2025 Oriental Talent Program. After multiple rounds of selection, Zhu Jing, General Manager of Shanghai Lasensor Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd., was awarded the "Oriental Talent Program Outstanding Project" honor for her leading technological capabilities in the industry.

Zhu Jing, Associate Researcher and Ph.D. at the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and General Manager of Shanghai Lasensor Phtoelectric Technology Co., Ltd., has long been dedicated to core technologies in precision optics, focusing on the research and development of high-precision detection technologies for ultrafine particles and microorganisms.  Her team focuses on six high-barrier fields, including quantum optics, magnetic confinement nuclear fusion, and semiconductor testing. They have overcome key technologies such as laser sensing and ultra-weak light signal detection, breaking several foreign monopolies and laying a solid foundation for the technological development of Laser Sensing Optoelectronics.

The Oriental Talent Program is a significant talent initiative established by the Shanghai Municipal Government to accelerate the development of a high-level talent hub.  It aims to select and cultivate outstanding talents in cutting-edge basic research and key core technology innovation fields globally.
