Products Description

1. Controlled Sampling of Compressed Gases
Compressed gases such as Clean Dry Air (CDA) and nitrogen can directly enter critical manufacturing processes, making gas cleanliness an important part of contamination control.
The LS-HPC-101 is designed for gas pressures from 0.5 to 1.0 MPa (75–150 psi), providing a controlled connection between high-pressure gas sources and downstream particle or microbial sampling equipment.
Its 2.83 L/min flow rate is suitable for testing applications based on a 0.1 CFM sampling flow.
2. Connection for Particle and Microbial Detection
The LS-HPC-101 can be used with particle counters and airborne bacteria samplers to evaluate the cleanliness of compressed gases.
A HEPA outlet filter helps maintain a clean testing interface, while the diffuser provides a defined gas path from the high-pressure source to the sampling equipment.
This makes the LS-HPC-101 suitable for routine compressed gas testing where a lower sampling flow is required.
3. Compact 316L Construction
The LS-HPC-101 features a 316L stainless steel housing, piping, and fittings, making it suitable for controlled environments and applications where material cleanliness is important.
The 1/4 VCR external threaded inlet provides a secure connection to the gas source, while the Ø8 mm barb outlet provides a practical connection to downstream sampling equipment.
The unit supports CDA and N₂ and allows purging at pressures up to 1.0 MPa (150 psi).
