LPC-510A Online Particle Counter
Based on the principle of optical light scattering, the LPC-510A online particle counter accurately detects and counts airborne particles of different sizes per unit volume of air. It features an optical sensor independently developed by Lasensor and is designed for cleanliness monitoring and particle counting in controlled environments.

LS-C100 Online Microbial Air Sampler
The LS-C100 integrated intelligent microbial air sampler delivers high efficiency and consistency in environmental microbiological monitoring.
Its quick-connect 316L stainless steel sampling head accommodates standard 90 mm Petri dishes, allowing easy loading and removal—even when operated with gloved hands. With two installation options and selectable sampling flow rates of 50 L/min or 100 L/min, the LS-C100 can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into isolators and filling machines.
The intelligent system integrates a perforated sampling head, impeller, flow sensor, automatic constant-flow control unit, and external digital communication interfaces. SWL-2 Real-Time Viable Particle Counter
The SWL-2 laser-based viable particle counter is a highly sensitive, real-time monitoring instrument for airborne microorganisms. Featuring a high-efficiency optical sampling design, it can detect biological particles with a sensitivity of down to a single microbial particle.
The SWL-2 is suitable for monitoring controlled environments such as biopharmaceutical cleanrooms and hospital operating rooms.
Its flow-through sampling design eliminates the need for consumables, enabling highly sensitive, unattended monitoring of airborne viable particles. Metabolic substances present in active biological cells emit fluorescence when excited by light at a specific wavelength of 405 nm. By collecting and analyzing these fluorescence signals, the instrument detects and counts biological particles in real time.
LPC-S5100 Particle Counter
Drawing on 30 years of particle counter R&D experience from the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, the LPC-S5100 incorporates advanced technologies and is designed to meet EU GMP and Chinese GMP requirements.
It features a touchscreen interface for intuitive operation and quick access to instrument status. Its 316L stainless steel housing offers excellent resistance to a wide range of disinfectants, making it suitable for demanding cleanroom environments.
All collected data are managed in accordance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, supporting data integrity and regulatory compliance.
