The 2026 Pharmaceutical Contamination Control Strategy (CCS) Summit will be held on July 23–24 at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jinan. We sincerely invite professionals from the pharmaceutical industry to join us at this event.

Shanghai Lasensor Photoelectric will showcase its core instruments at Booth 22, featuring two flagship models: the LPC-S5100 Particle Counter and the SWL-2 Real-time Viable Particle Counter. Designed for pharmaceutical GMP environmental monitoring and microbial contamination control throughout the entire production process, these solutions help pharmaceutical companies strengthen quality compliance and contamination control management.
Conference Infomation
With the continuous evolution of pharmaceutical regulatory systems, deeper implementation of regulatory reforms, and accelerated adoption of international GMP standards, pharmaceutical industry supervision is entering a new era featuring stricter process control, full-chain traceability, and greater transparency in accountability. With the normalization of centralized procurement and enhanced oversight of high-risk products such as sterile drugs, pharmaceutical companies are facing increasing compliance challenges and operational risks across R&D compliance, production quality control, environmental monitoring, and post-marketing risk management. This has created higher demands for companies to establish more refined and systematic quality management capabilities.
Against this industry background, the summit will focus on four key areas: international pharmaceutical regulatory compliance, clean environment and cleaning/disinfection strategies, APS aseptic process simulation and CCS implementation, as well as key aspects of the Pharmaceutical Water Inspection Guidelines, water systems, sampling, and biofilm contamination prevention strategies. The event will bring together senior regulatory experts, national-level inspectors, quality leaders from leading pharmaceutical companies, and industry technical specialists to share insights and practical experience.
The conference will provide in-depth interpretation of key guidelines, including the Guidelines for On-site Inspection of Contract Manufacturing by Marketing Authorization Holders, Process Validation Inspection Guidelines, Pharmaceutical Water Inspection Guidelines, and Pharmaceutical HVAC Purification System Inspection Guidelines. It will address critical challenges such as cleaning validation for shared production lines, aseptic filling control, microbial and biofilm contamination prevention, airflow testing, worst-case condition design for process simulation, CCS implementation strategies, and compliance challenges in pharmaceutical water systems. The summit aims to help pharmaceutical companies strengthen quality systems, minimize inspection risks, enhance lifecycle quality management, and achieve sustainable compliance and stable development.

SWL-2 Real-time Viable Particle Counter

Product Overview
The SWL-2 Real-time Viable Particle Counter is a highly sensitive, real-time microbial monitoring instrument designed for airborne viable particle detection. With an optimized high-efficiency sampling optical design, it achieves detection sensitivity down to a single microbial particle. The SWL-2 is widely applicable for sterile environment monitoring in biopharmaceutical cleanrooms, hospital operating rooms, and other critical environments.
Adopting a flow-through air path design, the SWL-2 requires no consumables during monitoring, enabling unattended, high-sensitivity airborne microbial monitoring. Specific metabolites within active biological cells emit fluorescence when excited by a 405 nm laser. By collecting and analyzing fluorescence signals, the system enables real-time detection and counting of biological particles.
Product Features
🔹 Particle size channels: 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10.0 μm
🔹 Particle size range: 0.3–10.0 μm
🔹 Minimum resolution: Single microbial particle (equivalent to 1 CFU)
🔹 Flow rate: 2.83 L/min
🔹 Real-time monitoring with potential contamination source identification
🔹 Reduced cost and resource consumption through real-time online monitoring
🔹 Continuous monitoring, trend analysis, and data-driven improvements to reduce contamination risks and product loss
