Product Overview

Product Overview

Designed specifically for high-precision clean environment monitoring in the semiconductor industry, this instrument is equipped with advanced 0.1 μm ultra-fine particle detection technology, overcoming the limitations of traditional 0.3 μm detection accuracy. It accurately captures submicron-level dust particles and contaminants generated by photoresist outgassing, equipment wear, and other contamination sources, helping users precisely monitor cleanliness conditions and improve production yield and quality control performance.

The 0.1 μm particle counter independently developed by Shanghai Lasensor enables real-time contamination monitoring and early warning of potential contamination sources, reducing wafer surface defect rates by more than 30%. It provides a high-performance particle detection solution as an alternative to imported equipment.

Product Overview

The online particle counter utilizes optical scattering technology to accurately detect and calculate the number of airborne particles of different sizes per unit volume. Equipped with an optical sensor independently developed by Shanghai Lasensor, it is a professional detection instrument widely used for cleanliness monitoring and particle counting in clean environments.

Featuring a compact design, lightweight structure, easy installation, excellent stability, and high measurement accuracy, the online particle counter is widely applied in cleanroom monitoring, filter material testing, mask testing, and other related industries.
